Digital Products

All products sold through Bingetech are digital products. Once your purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, the purchase is generally considered final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving or accessing the product.

Technical Problems

If you experience a genuine technical problem with your purchase, such as the following:

  • The download link does not work.
  • The purchased file is corrupted or inaccessible.
  • You cannot access a product that you purchased.
  • You received a product different from the one described on our website.
